Amanda brings an impressive 13 years of sales and marketing experience to the table. Prior to her successful career in real estate, Amanda worked in event planning & marketing for a non-profit — Children’s Home & Aid Society of Illinois — where she managed fundraising events for seven auxiliary boards. Then, she moved to the corporate sector where she was responsible for implementing extensive sales programs and events for a multi-billion dollar fashion company — Express.

Through a cherished childhood friend who lived in Atlanta, Amanda became inspired at the strength of the real estate market in the Southeast. So, Amanda and her family left Chicago and moved to Atlanta to start her career in real estate.

Amanda represents buyers and sellers in all arenas of residential and commercial real estate, specializing in the luxury homes and new construction. She is the exclusive listing agent for Woodward Rhodes — an award-winning, custom home developer, whose projects include the 2007 Atlanta Magazine Dream Home.

A child of immigrants from South Africa, Amanda has called the U.S. home for over two decades. As a result of her immigration experience, she brings a wealth of personal and professional relocation knowledge both for U.S. nationals and immigrants alike.

(German) Wenn man einen neuen Menschen trifft, dann , so sagt man in Europa, entscheiden die ersten Augenblicke über Symphatie oder Antisymphatie.Als wir Amanda das erste Mal trafen war hatten wir ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Und wir haben uns nicht geirrt. Nach vielen negativen Erfahrungen in der Welt der Immobilienmakler haben wir hier einen ganz besonderen Menschen gefunden. Amanda hat mit uns alle Schwierigkeiten gelöst die wir als Europäer in den Staaten hatten. Sie ist ohne Vorurteile auf jede Situation eingegangen und hat den ganzen Prozess, von der Suche eines Hauses über die Termine zwischen Europa und den USA, die vertraglichen Vorgänge, die Bereitschaft der US Amerikaner mit uns als Europäer ein Vertrag zu machen, den gesamten Bauprozess bis hin zur Schlüsselübergabe perfect, und ich meine wirklich perfect, gemeistert. Am Ende haben wir nicht nur ein Haus sondern ein ZUHAUSE bekommen.Allen Schwierigkeiten zum Trotz , haben wir über Monate und über tausende Meilen Entfernung immer das Gefühl gehabt , wir sind nicht allein und haben einen Menschen auf den wir uns zu 100% verlassen können. ---Ein dankbarer und glücklicher Besitzer eines tollen Zuhauses

(Spanish) Cuando uno conoce a una persona nueva entonces se dice en Europa que deciden los primeros momentos sobre la simpatía o la antipatía. Cuando encontramos a Amanda por primera vez tuvimos un sentimiento muy bueno y nos nos equivocamos. Después de muchas experiencias negativas en el mundo de los agentes inmobiliarios hemos encontrado a una persona especial. Amanda resolvió con nosotros todas las dificultades que tuvimos como europeos en los Estados Unidos. Ella tramitó sin prejuicios cada situación, resolvió maestramente una manera perfecta el proceso completo, desde la búsqueda de una casa, las citas entre Europa y USA, las clausulas contractuales, la disposición de los norteamericanos de hacer un contrato con nosotros como europeos, el proceso completo de construcción hasta la entrega de llaves perfectamente, y realmente quiero decir perfectamente. Al finál no solamente habíamos conseguido una casa sino también un HOGAR . Aún a pesar de todas las dificultades durante meses y miles de millas de distancia siempre tuvimos el sentimiento de que „ no estamos solos y de que tenemos a una persona con la que nos podemos confiar al 100%. Nuestro siguiente proyecto se realizará nuevamente con Amanda garantizado y el siguiente y el siguiente….......

(Italian) In Europa si dice che quando s’incontra una persona per la prima volta, i primi attimi sono decisivi perché ne scatti simpatia o antipatia. Quando l’abbiamo conosciuta per la prima volta, Amanda ci ha fatto subito una buonissima impressione e non ci sbagliavamo affatto. Dopo tante esperienze negative nel mondo degli agenti immobiliari, abbiamo conosciuto una persona decisamente speciale. Amanda ci ha risolto tutti i problemi che inevitabilmente noi europei abbiamo negli USA. Ha affrontato tutte le situazioni senza pregiudizi e con maestria nella ricerca di una casa, nella gestione degli appuntamenti tra Europa e Stati Uniti, guidandoci passo dopo passo passo dalla valutazione delle premesse contrattuali all’opera di convincimento dei costruttori statunitensi a stringere un contratto con degli europei non ancora residenti, seguendoci i lavori durante la fase di costruzione fino alla consegna materiale delle chiavi: insomma, ci ha fatto trovare tutto pronto, in maniera impeccabile, su un vassoio d’argento. Praticamente non ci siamo ritrovati solo con una casa: abbiamo piuttosto trovato il NOSTRO FOCOLARE. Nonostante le varie difficoltá incontrate, per lunghi mesi e a migliaia di miglia di distanza, sapevamo di non essere soli nella nostra avventura e sentivamo che sul posto c’era una persona della quale potevamo fidarci ciecamente, al 100%. Il nostro secondo progetto lo affideremo sicuramente di nuovo ad Amanda: garantito! Ed il terzo, ed il quarto ... e cosí via.
